Article 1: Purpose
This agreement aims to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between 72dot (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) and users regarding the use of all AI-based content services (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Service’) provided through the IFFFAI website operated by the Company.
Article 2: Definitions
- ‘Service’ refers to generative AI-based content and AI-related information services provided by the Company.
- ‘Member’ refers to a person who enters into a service agreement with the Company under this agreement and is granted an account to use the service.
- ‘Non-member’ refers to a person who uses the service without signing up for membership.
- ‘Content’ refers to all outcomes created through generative AI by the Company and all information posted on the service.
- ‘Account’ refers to a combination of letters and numbers created for user identification and service usage.
Article 3 : Effect and Modification of Terms
- These terms become effective when posted on the Company’s main page or a linked screen within the Services.
- The Company may amend these terms in accordance with applicable laws of the Republic of Korea.
- In case of changes, the Company will announce the reason and effective date at least 7 days in advance (30 days for significant or unfavorable changes to users).
- Users who do not agree to the revised terms may terminate their account. Continued use of the Services after the effective date shall be considered agreement to the revised terms.
Article 4 : Governing Law
Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by the relevant laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Telecommunications Business Act, Personal Information Protection Act, Copyright Act, and other applicable regulations.
Article 5 : Account Registration
- A user contract is formed when a user agrees to these terms, applies for registration, and the Company approves the request.
- The Company may reject or defer approval in cases such as:
- Using false information or someone else’s identity
- Reapplying after having been previously suspended or removed
- Any situation that may significantly hinder service operation
Article 6 : Modification of Member Information
- Members can view and edit their personal information via their account settings at any time.
- Members must update their information if any changes occur. The Company is not liable for issues caused by failure to update information.
Article 7 : Account Termination and Suspension
- Members may request account termination at any time via the settings menu. The Company will promptly process the request.
- The Company may suspend or terminate an account without notice under the following conditions:
- Unauthorized use of another person’s information
- Intentional disruption of the Service
- Violation of applicable laws or these terms
Article 8 : Personal Data Protection
- The Company is committed to protecting users’ personal information in accordance with relevant Korean laws.
- Details on data collection, use, outsourcing, storage, and disposal are outlined in our separate Privacy Policy.
Article 9 : Obligations of the Company
- The Company will strive to provide continuous and stable Services in accordance with the law and these terms.
- The Company will implement security systems and comply with its Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information.
Article 10 : User Obligations
- Users shall not engage in the following:
- Providing false information or impersonating others
- Disrupting the operation of the Service
- Infringing on the intellectual property or rights of the Company or third parties
- Engaging in any conduct contrary to public order or morality
- Users must comply with applicable laws, these terms, and service notices or guidelines issued by the Company.
Article 11 : Intellectual Property Rights
- Information entered by the user for membership registration, etc., is transferred to a separate database (in case of paper, stored in a separate cabinet) after the purpose of personal information processing is achieved and is stored for a certain period in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws (refer to retention and usage period) before being destroyed.
- The Company destroys personal information after obtaining approval from the personal information protection officer when a reason for destruction arises.
Article 12 : Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or user negligence.
- The Company is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of content posted or transmitted by users.
Article 13 : Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute between the Company and users regarding the Services, both parties shall make sincere efforts to resolve the matter amicably.
- If resolution is not reached, the dispute shall be brought before the competent court under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Article 14 : Addendum
- These terms are effective as of June 1, 2025.
